These override everything else below — no service (room-based or scheduled) will show any availability on a closed day, no matter what's set up for it.
If two or more services physically share the same room and can't run at the same time (e.g. Red-Light Therapy and Vibration Plate), group them here. Booking either one will automatically block the room for the other, using whichever time slots you've already set up below.
Rooms use dynamic sliding time slots — start times are calculated automatically from opening hours, each service's own duration, and a cleaning buffer after every booking. The Weekly Schedule / One-off Sessions tools below don't apply to room services.
Set recurring class times. These repeat every week automatically. This only applies to standalone services (like Yoga or Pottery). Services linked to a Shared Room above (e.g. Red Light, Vibration Plate, Combo) ignore this entirely and are open every day automatically, based on that room's hours — you don't need to add anything here for them.
Add a single extra session on a specific date (e.g. a special workshop).
You've reached the maximum of 6 services. Remove one above before adding another.
Create a bundle of sessions (e.g. "4x Red-Light Therapy") at a package price. It appears on the client booking page as soon as you save it and mark it Active.
Every package purchase shows here with its remaining credit balance. Redeem a session on a client's behalf (e.g. a phone booking), or sell a package walk-in/over the phone without going through the client booking page.
Give clients a peek into your shop \u2014 photos of the space, a description, and a gallery of products. This is a showcase, not a checkout \u2014 clients browse and can contact you about anything they like.
A one-off event separate from your regular bookings and sessions — a workshop, open day, or market. It gets its own "Special Events" button for clients and never touches your rooms, packages, or Weekly Schedule.
